After been informed that Condo Unit is available on the dates you want, and you agree on the prices and the terms, we will block (book) the apartments on those dates. You can do this by paying the Booking Deposits (fee) as follows.

Reservations and Booking :-
1. Deposit into a MayBank Account:-

If you are in Malaysia at the time of booking, you may pay the Booking Fee Deposit to confirm your booking. The non-refundable booking fee (unless cancellation before 5 days of the staying date) of RM50.00 for each night of stay may be deposited into a MayBank account that will be provided to you on request.

If you are in any country that has the facilities to transfer funds electronically for the payment of Booking Deposit directly to the Maybank account, you may do so.

After you have made the deposit payment successfully, please alert En Mat by letting him know ASAP that you have made the payment so that he can confirm the booking for you.
 

For those using the GPS navigator, the coordinate for Kondo Pelangi Mall is  6.1290873N  102.2334319E.

There two ways or getting to the condominium:- (1) To go to the Pelangi Mall Condominium, you first need to take Jalan Sultanah Zainab northwards. Take a left turn on Jalan Che Su, then take the natural turn to the right (curve to the right) on Jalan Post Office Lama. Driving on you will pass first the Grand Riverview Hotel on your left. Driving a few more meters, look on your left for the signboard showing the location of the Pelangi Mall Building. Find a suitable parking bay in the area, or find a parking space in the building for parking adjacent to the Pelangi Mall building.

(2) A second way is to drive on Jalan Temenggong northwards in Kota Bharu. Drive on until you pass the Hotel Temenggong on your right, go past the traffic light until the end of the road where you will have to turn left on Jalan Hulu Kota, and then a little further it joins the Jalan Tengku Besar. On jalan Tengku Besar you will see Padang Merdeka on your right, which is a small open field. Drive on until you see a signboard that says Hotel Ridai. Drive under the Hotel Ridai signboard through onto the parking lot on the river bank, turn left until you find a parking space or in a building for parking ahead of you. Park there, and you can walk to the Pelangi Mall condominium. Guests may later park at the roofed parking-structure adjacent to the codominium building.
